You've booked your shoot! Now Heres some info to get the best out of your session:
Portrait/ Headshot tips
Stay hydrated a number of days before the shoot, this will help with skin among other health benefits. Authenticity is key so we can really just start with where you are on the day. I always attempt to capture who we are before our job titles and then begin to layer and play with who else you can be/are once we feel ready.

Wardrobe/ Costume
Bring at least two clean/lint-free clothing options eg:
-Muted eg. black,grey,brown, tan tops
-Colourful (block colours of anything that brings you joy)
-Smart (your version of think public speaker/ teacher )
-Your casting - (leather jacket/ frilly top/ polo neck/ vest etc)

Hair & Make up
The lens I use is a sharp one so If you wish to come with a little makeup coverage please do. Whatever is most you and makes you feel most sparkly (sometimes sparkle is the privilege of weathered skin so you do you)! Bring whatever you need to be able to touch up your hair, eg a hair brush/ product so you can fix strays if need be.

These tips will help you arrive feeling a little more prepared but my biggest tip is to breath. Our goal is to capture human stories, as long as your breathing you'll be telling one. See you at your shoot!
